Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Legal Compliance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of legal compliance and integrity.

About the Role
- Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate litigation risks and costs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide expert guidance on regulatory matters and ensure adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex legal issues and develop comprehensive solutions to minimize risk exposure.
- Provide timely support to customers regarding queries raised through notices, explaining the consequences of default.
- Foster strong relationships with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Implement process management and improvement frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to company culture focusing on Integrity, Discipline, Teamwork, and Care.
- Maintain corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and adherence to the management model.
- Contest non-collection related cases filed against the organization and initiate cases against individuals/entities deemed appropriate by Head Legal/Management.
