We are seeking a seasoned Senior Liaison Officer to join our team in Mumbai's vibrant real estate market. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise and make a meaningful impact.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in managing government relations, legal coordination, and regulatory affairs. They should possess strong networking abilities with key stakeholders such as government departments, municipal authorities, legal professionals, and regulatory bodies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and various government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies.
- Facilitate the timely acquisition of all necessary project permissions, clearances, and NOCs.
- Liaise with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
- Build and maintain effective professional relationships with government officials, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and interpret changes in real estate regulations, zoning laws, land acquisition policies, and other relevant government procedures.
