Job Title: Regional Manager - Direct Channel


About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to manage the Direct Channel in Nashik. This is a critical position that will drive business growth, achieve targets, and ensure effective sales team management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Managers/Team Leaders and Direct Sales Officers (DSOs) to foster high-performing teams.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through the Direct Channel to drive sales and revenue targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and track team performance against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs); implement timely course corrections when necessary.
  • Hiring & Training: Ensure timely hiring, onboarding, and capability development of the sales team.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to share insights and drive strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery standards through the Direct Channel.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-7 years of team handling experience in the Direct Channel (Life Insurance) is essential.
  • Education: A Graduate degree with a preference for MBA.
  • Location Preference: The candidate must be willing to work and travel within Nashik and nearby regions.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team towards high performance.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal teams and external stakeholders.
