Oracle HCM Payroll Expert

Seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Payroll professional with expertise in implementing and configuring payroll solutions. If you have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll, Fast Formulas, and end-to-end implementations, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live.
  • Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific needs.
  • Configure payroll module and tailor solutions to align with client requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless Payroll operations and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll.
  • Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
  • Analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Willingness to travel onsite for long term as needed for project delivery.
