Job Description:

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HCM Implementation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and supporting clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR and payroll processes, identifying opportunities for system improvements.
  • To translate business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • To configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs, leveraging expertise in Core HR, Recruitment, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Security roles, and Privileges.
  • To develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas, enhancing client visibility and control.
  • To perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL/FDI, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
  • To manage data migrations and validations during implementations or upgrades, minimizing disruption and risk.
  • To perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables.
  • To troubleshoot technical and functional issues, providing expert guidance and support.
  • To deliver user training and documentation, empowering clients to maximize their investment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in HCM tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HDL, HSDL, Application Security, Workflows, Alerts and Notifications, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP). Apex and ATP
  • Develop Integrations between Fusion HCM and other platforms using OIC.
  • Develop SaaS extensions using VBCS.
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging tools.

Functional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows.
  • Must have experience in Core HR, Recruitment and additionally knowledge of other modules (Absence, Payroll, Talent).
  • Experience in Security roles and Privileges, AOR.
  • Good to have exposure on Compensation Work force and HR Help desk and Employee Engagement Modules.
