Business Expansion and Profit Growth Executive

Job Description:

The Business Expansion and Profit Growth Executive will be responsible for developing and executing equity sales strategies to meet business targets. This includes building a team, managing profit and loss (P&L), and nurturing relationships with institutional clients, HNIs, and retail investors.

The ideal candidate will have 25 years of experience in equity markets, wealth management, or a similar role. They should possess strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement. The successful candidate will also have proficiency in using trading and CRM tools, as well as a strong understanding of equity markets, third-party products, and investment strategies.

  1. Promote and sell equity and related financial products, including stocks, ETFs, and derivatives.
  2. Stay updated on market trends, economic data, and equity research to provide timely insights and recommendations.
  3. Identify and onboard new clients while retaining and expanding the existing client base.
  4. Collaborate with research teams to deliver tailored investment solutions.
  5. Manage a team of equity sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.
  7. Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
  8. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
