Your Role

  • Resolve technical issues across web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and escalate bugs or feature requests
  • Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly help documentation and FAQs
  • Identify recurring issues and trends, and contribute to process improvements and product enhancements

You will work closely with our teams to deliver an exceptional support experience to our users. If you have experience supporting SaaS platforms, especially in education-related sectors, that's an advantage

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5-6 years of professional experience in customer or technical support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex issues simply
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a true customer-first mindset
