  • Verify class schedules, fees, and other details through phone calls and WhatsApp conversations.
  • Engage with parents who have submitted inquiries to gauge their experience and determine if the school has contacted them.
  • Document outreach and feedback activities in basic reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • A friendly, empathetic, and confident demeanor when interacting over phone and WhatsApp.
  • Ability to follow established processes, utilize templates, and update basic records.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Comfort with using spreadsheets, email, and web-based tools.
