The Vinoba program simplifies tasks for teachers, helps data collection and analysis for administrators, and features Facebook-like sharing and learning capabilities.

This model has been well-established, resulting in tangible improvements in outcomes. With over 55,000 schools, 190,000 teachers, and 4 million students impacted across 33 districts, the foundation works towards making a change in education.

A key role in this effort is that of the Digital Content Engagement Specialist, who will play a pivotal part in amplifying the foundation's impact through digital engagement, advocacy, and storytelling.

The responsibilities of the Digital Content Engagement Specialist will include:

  • Building and engaging a vibrant teacher community through digital campaigns
  • Identifying and amplifying powerful stories of impact from schools and classrooms
  • Crafting engaging content - posts, reels, videos, blogs, newsletters, and more
  • Managing and growing the foundation's social media presence across platforms
  • Collaborating with educators, field teams, and stakeholders to reshape the narrative of government schools

To be considered for this position, candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Work, or related fields, along with 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital engagement.

Additionally, we seek strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills, proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language, and a passion for education, community building, and creating large-scale social impact.
