Job Description

Maintain regulatory compliance by ensuring timely and accurate submissions to the portal.

  • Periodically upload regulatory submissions in accordance with relevant stakeholders.
  • Aware of the process of submission, which includes new business, schedules, SP, complaints, financial statements, and compliance certificates as applicable.
  • Track, align, ensure, and coordinate with respective business units for maintaining regulatory registers in an appropriate format.
  • Notify regulators of branch openings, closures, directorship changes, and regulatory charges levied as per regulations.
  • Upload, track, and review salespersons and SP details periodically on the IIB Envoy Portal.
  • Evaluate and renew applicable licenses within stipulated timelines as per guidelines.
  • NOC issuance and detagging PAN from IRDA and Envoy along with record keeping.
  • Telemarketer license application and submission of regulatory data to IRDAI as per stipulated guidelines.
  • Coordinate with finance, product teams, and insurers for reconciliation sign-off every month.
  • Agreements maintenance and tracking agreements of insurers, SLAs of insurers, Commission structure of insurers.
  • Track grievances from the grievance team, insurers, and coordinate resolution with insurers, business, product, and branch teams.
  • Provide audit checklist and coordinate with functional audit team and track audit resolution for branches.
  • Coordinate AML cases with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bookkeep litigation of insurance cases, open cases, and update the regulator as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in a similar domain is required.
