  • Compliance advisory services will be provided to business teams on loan proposals and related matters.

Other responsibilities include preparing periodic returns to RBI and other regulators, acting as a single point of contact for regulatory queries, and coordinating with group entities to share compliance updates.

  • Developing an annual compliance testing plan, reporting significant compliance lapses to the Audit Committee, and conducting regular compliance reviews are also important tasks.
  • Leading RBI inspections, statutory audits, and internal reviews, ensuring audit readiness, and handling legal matters are additional responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • 7-13 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in banking or NBFC sector, is also necessary.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Certification in Compliance, Risk Management, or related areas is desirable.
  • Experience in policy drafting, governance, and familiarity with compliance systems and automation tools are also preferred attributes.
