
Strategic Process Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and process management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining standard operation procedures on a timely basis. This will involve executing new business migration activities and processes efficiently and effectively.
They will also develop and cultivate relationships with business partners, responding to business contacts or customers directly to deliver accurate processes. Additionally, they will independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Key responsibilities include driving the P&L and Balance sheet review process, as well as having a continuous improvement mindset. Strong knowledge of journal entry processing and balance sheet account reconciliations is also essential.
Other duties as assigned by management will be part of the role.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor / Masters degree in accountancy with minimum 8 years of R2R experience or CA / ICWA with minimum 3 years of R2R experience is required. Proficient with email, spreadsheet and word processing applications is necessary.
Knowledge of international financial reporting standards and generally accepted accounting principles is also required. Exposure in SAP / JDE ERPs is preferred, along with strong hold in Excel and other MS applications.
Flexible working hours (IST 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM) and ability to work during month end close process will be an added advantage.
