Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business challenges across various teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Interpret product usage data to uncover gaps and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that drive results.
  • Develop and execute experiments to measure the effectiveness of new features and initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, user research, and process audits to inform product development.
  • Take ownership of growth experiments from ideation to execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Liberal Arts, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of driving projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
