3D Product Quality Manager Role

As a quality-driven leader, we are looking for an individual with exceptional visual acumen to oversee the quality of our 3D products. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high visual standards, auditing editor work, and leading corrective actions.

Responsibilities:
  • Visual Standards: Set and maintain high visual standards (realism, lighting, layout) to ensure the highest quality output.
  • Editor Auditing: Conduct regular audits of editor work, track rework trends, and lead corrective actions to improve overall quality.
  • Training and Development: Work closely with trainers to upskill editors based on real data and industry best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), streamline workflows, and implement efficiency measures to speed up editing without compromising quality.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and improve Jeeves scores, reduce rework, and contribute to the growth of internal editing adoption.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in virtual staging.
  • Previous experience as a QA or team lead is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax is required.
  • A data-driven mindset and strong visual feedback skills are essential.
  • A degree in Architecture or 3D Product Designing is preferred.
