**Sales Technology Expert Role

As a seasoned Sales Technology Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and improving our sales technology ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining prospecting sales technologies such as Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and ensuring seamless data flow between multiple systems.
  • Evaluating current sales technologies and providing recommendations for improvements to increase tool efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer service, IT) to align technology solutions with organizational goals and ensure data consistency across departments.

**Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Designing insightful reports and dashboards to track sales performance, KPIs, and productivity metrics using tools like Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Analyzing sales data to provide actionable insights that drive sales strategies, pipeline management, and conversion rates.
  • Monitoring system usage and ensuring data integrity is maintained across sales platforms through regular audits.

**Process Optimization and Automation:

  • Identifying areas for automation within the sales cycle, including lead generation, nurturing, and follow-up processes.
  • Working with sales leadership to define process workflows and implement tools to automate repetitive tasks, freeing up the sales team to focus on high-value activities.

**User Support and Training:

  • Serving as a point of contact for resolving issues related to sales technology tools and assisting with troubleshooting.
  • Developing user manuals, training resources, and best practices for technology usage.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, technology, or systems management role, preferably in sales technology or CRM.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (MS-Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and ability to create meaningful insights.
