Job Description:

The role of Automotive Technology Innovator - Business Development Strategist is to drive the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, sales initiatives, and business growth plans. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ADAS technology, market research, and sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement GTM and sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
  2. Manage business development activities, identify new market opportunities, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  3. Conduct market research, analyze market trends, and build business insights and intelligence
  4. Cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and achieve sales & business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in ADAS products for 4W and CV automotive industry
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and measurable results
  • Strong connections with major OEMs in 4W, CV, and 2W
