About the Role

As a seasoned professional in Atlassian tool administration and technical support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations. Your primary responsibilities include providing expert-level technical assistance to diverse stakeholders, resolving complex issues, and optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.

  • Technical Support: Provide prompt and effective technical assistance during critical incidents by resolving project-specific blockers and troubleshooting logs.
  • Tool Administration: Leverage extensive knowledge of Atlassian tool administration, including JIRA and Confluence (Server and Cloud), to manage and maintain efficient systems.
  • Workflow Optimization: Design, modify, and optimize JIRA workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, schemes, and issue indexing to drive productivity and innovation.
  • Marketplace Integration: Evaluate and assess third-party Atlassian Marketplace plugins for optimal integration and functionality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Atlassian tool administration and technical support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
