Job Title: Jira Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Jira developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Jira and experience with custom development, plugins, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Jira workflows, configurations, and customizations
  • Design, develop, and deploy plugins using Scriptrunner, Tempo, MISC, JSU, Assets, and other relevant technologies
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with 3-4 years of relevant experience in Jira
  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, configuration, and customization
  • Hands-on experience with plugin development, including Scriptrunner, Tempo, MISC, JSU, Assets, and other relevant technologies
  • Data Centre experience and knowledge of Jira wiki upgrade and Disaster Recovery
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and SaaS applications
  • Knowledge of database management and data modeling
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
