The Revenue Manager will be responsible for overseeing International Clients and developing effective strategy cues.
Key responsibilities include managing revenue and distribution functions for hotels, hotel apartments, and holiday homes. A proven track record of leadership and clarity of thought in executing revenue decisions is essential.
Our focus is on adding value to our partners across all parameters of engagement.
This position offers opportunities to travel in India and abroad, interacting with diverse partners beyond day-to-day pricing and inventory management. The Revenue Manager will undergo an intense training orientation process for optimal returns on invested time. Additionally, this role involves assisting in recruiting and training new team members as the company expands.
We are seeking a candidate with a focused approach to handling end-to-end revenue management processes. Our company aims to grow internationally and become a leader in outsourced revenue management and distribution functions within the coming decade.
\- Develop and execute successful commercial strategies for partners
- Replicate the company culture formed by the founder in all actions undertaken on behalf of partners
- Adjust strategies according to market trends to maximize room sales and revenue for hotels, holiday homes, and hotel apartments
- Assist the Founder in completing all departments' revenue budgets and forecasts
- Complete weekly and monthly rolling forecasts based on trends
- Organize weekly revenue meetings with the founder for all partners, ensuring executed sales strategies and supervising sales and marketing actions
- Learn and teach best practices of revenue management systems, PMS tools, and OTA extranets
- Maintain consistent selling strategies across all channels and develop systems to further grow business opportunities
- Maintain accurate ongoing records of controls applied to all systems
- Evaluate daily revenue and market confidence, providing suggestions for price and strategy adjustments to Commercial teams
