Cyber Security Manager/Architect Job Opportunity

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cyber Security Manager to lead our security operations in Bengaluru.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Oversee the Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring timely detection and response to security threats.
  • Provide technical leadership in penetration testing and red team exercises, ensuring highest standards of security assessment and threat simulation.
  • Deliver technical solutions and guidance to clients across various industries as a subject matter expert.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, presentations, and proposal development for cybersecurity offerings.
  • Support sales teams by providing technical expertise and contributing to business development strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, threat landscapes, and emerging technologies to ensure best-in-class security practices.
  • Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with strong track record in SOC management, penetration testing, and red teaming.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring teams of 10+ members.
  • Extensive experience in client-facing roles, providing technical solutions and consulting services.
  • Proven involvement in sales, pre-sales, and commercial activities within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience working in hybrid work environments and managing distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) and security compliance.
  • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices.
