Cybersecurity Leadership Role Summary

Job Description:
  • Regional Cybersecurity Oversight: Manage and coordinate regional cybersecurity efforts, ensuring seamless integration with global policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity professionals, promoting collaboration and innovation.
  • Risk Assessment and Compliance: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to mitigate threats.
  • Incident Response and Communication: Develop and implement incident response plans, providing timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in leading cybersecurity teams and managing complex projects.
  • International Background: Experience working in multicultural environments and adapting to diverse organizational structures.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO 2700x, NIST, NIS), technical topics (malware, patch management, firewalling), and infrastructure/network/system/database/application experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, including team management, training, and development.
