About the Role

We seek an experienced Information Security Leader to provide regional, executive-level support for various programs and initiatives while managing the day-to-day operations of our India Information Security team based in Gurgaon, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Global Information Security leadership to maintain and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide executive-level support for regional security risk assessment and treatment activities.
  • Lead and mentor the Information Security team with an emphasis on coaching and developing teams, managers, and key individual contributors.
  • Oversight and technical support for the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls for our global SaaS platform and corporate computing resources.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in information security, with at least 8 years in an information security leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
