Job Title: Cybersecurity Strategies Executive

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies, policies, standards, and procedures to safeguard all organizational assets.

This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all business processes and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Regular risk and vulnerability assessments are conducted to identify and mitigate potential security threats and establish incident response and business continuity plans for effective recovery.

An important aspect of this role is overseeing security awareness and training programs to foster a culture of security throughout the organization. Additionally, this individual will act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders on all security matters and regularly report to executive leadership on the organization's information security posture.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in information security, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • In-depth understanding of security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, systems architecture, and cloud computing.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, penetration testing, and security audits.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
