Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Servicing professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client requirements, communicating effectively, and maintaining positive relationships.

Key responsibilities include drafting communication materials, gathering insights, and contributing to thought-leadership initiatives.

The ideal candidate will monitor industry trends, identify potential opportunities, and support the team in preparing pitches and proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client requirements and queries
  • Draft communication materials such as briefing notes and presentations
  • Gather insights, case studies, and industry news
  • Contribute to thought-leadership and reputation management initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality outputs on time
  • Track deliverables and timelines
  • Support the team in preparing pitches and proposals

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, PR, or related fields.

Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

Good writing and presentation abilities are also necessary.

Awareness of digital media, influencers, and media landscapes is beneficial.

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required.
