Job Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients. The role involves delivering tailored treasury solutions and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client relationships to understand their treasury needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Drive sales of treasury products, including liquidity management, cash management, and investments.
  • Partner with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations, product) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to provide insights and advice to clients.
  • Acquire new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products.
  • Leverage technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage, and revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong technology orientation and ability to adopt digital platforms for client engagement.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA / Graduate
  • 8-12 years in Treasury Sales or Corporate Treasury Relationship Management, preferably with Banks, NBFCs, AMCs, or financial institutions.
