Project Cost Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead project cost management in the luxury real estate and hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met, collaborating with design teams to optimize specifications without compromising client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze project scope in line with design specifications.
  • Evaluate technical details received from the design team.
  • Develop specifications that balance client needs with budget constraints.
  • Validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and supporting calculations.
  • Present BOQs and proposed solutions to senior management for approval.
  • Verify Remittance Advice (RA) bills and final invoices.
  • Prepare amendments as necessary.
  • Assess budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrices.
  • Submit multiple budget options considering alternative solutions to actual designs.
  • Explore new products and present them for approval.
  • Suggest optimization options in budgets.
  • Maintain budget requirements within given timeframes without delays.
  • Prepare reports on project cost analysis as per management's requirements.
