Job Title: Engineering Manager

The role of an Engineering Manager is pivotal in shaping the technological landscape of a company. As a leader, you will be responsible for spearheading engineering projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are meticulously met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, leveraging your exceptional leadership skills to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, helping them grow professionally and contribute to the company's success.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong background in building and scaling technology products, with hands-on experience in modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on collaboration and team success.
