Job Title

A software engineering leader with experience in managing cross-functional teams is required to drive complex programs from planning to execution.

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technical projects across multiple engineering teams.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans.
  • Partner with engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
  • Drive alignment across product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams.
  • Establish and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking.
  • Ensure engineering excellence, scalability, and quality in deliverables.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a strong track record of delivering complex engineering programs at scale. A solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is also necessary. Additionally, excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are required.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or related role.
  • Strong technical foundation in software engineering (experience with backend/frontend systems, APIs, cloud, or distributed systems preferred).
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive decision-making in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
