About the Role

  • Foster strong working relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple audit projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of audit professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in US GAAP and US GAAS, and implement these changes into audit processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as risk management and compliance, to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
  • Mastery of US GAAP and US GAAS, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in auditing financial statements.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification in accounting and tax fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
