Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished leader to oversee our statutory audit team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in statutory audit, with at least 3 years in a management position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage audit engagements from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Mentor and coach junior audit staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness, identifying areas of financial risk and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, communicating audit findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting audits, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent certification.
