Digital Commerce Strategy Lead

This role is focused on developing and executing a comprehensive digital commerce strategy, driving growth, and improving customer experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Define and manage end-to-end program strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for product and technology initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with engineering leads, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure program goals align with company objectives and meet scope, timeline, and quality requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Assess online and offline market evolution, pure-player strategies, competition analysis, regulatory environment impacts, and implications on Samsung's D2C business.
  • Innovation and Growth: Identify new growth hacks, initiatives, and partners to accelerate sales and traffic growth across online, offline, and omnichannel platforms.
  • Business Optimization: Proactively identify areas for business optimization, efficiency improvements, and scalable growth opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Present strategic recommendations and performance analyses to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Customer Experience: Optimize sales programs, payment infrastructure, and overall customer experience to maximize performance and satisfaction.
  • Partnerships and Incubation: Identify and incubate new strategic partnerships and initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Progress Tracking: Track progress of initiatives qualitatively and quantitatively.
