- The Supply Chain Manager will develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics.
- Optimize vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee import/export activities and customs clearance when required.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions.
- Manage and mentor the supply chain team to ensure professional growth and efficiency.
- Implement digital tools and ERP systems for better tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
