Job Title: Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Professional

Job Description

You are a detail-oriented and data-driven professional with experience in pharmaceutical supply chain operations.

  • Proactively manage supply chain operations with a mindset for process improvement, cost control, and compliance.
Responsibilities
  1. SOP Development & Process Compliance
  • Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and internal standards to ensure operational procedures meet regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs to improve efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations.
  1. Continuous Improvement & Project Management
  • Identify and execute Continuous Improvement projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing to reduce supply chain costs.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze root causes, drive measurable improvements, and increase customer satisfaction.
  1. Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze and report on core supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including lead time, On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), inventory turns, and supplier performance to make informed business decisions.
  • Develop dashboards and advanced analytical reports using relevant tools to visualize data insights.
  1. Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Support procurement of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), excipients, and packaging materials to ensure quality compliance and supplier performance.
  • Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability at the site to ensure seamless production scheduling.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Production, and Planning teams to ensure smooth batch scheduling and material flow.
  • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Operations.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
  • Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive results.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
