Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Professional to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective supply plans to ensure uninterrupted supply of Generic Formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient supply planning strategies to minimize costs and optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, logistics, procurement, quality, and commercial departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Analyze market trends and demand patterns to forecast supply requirements and identify potential risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Production Planning & Supply Scheduling: Proven experience in managing production schedules and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Inventory & Capacity Management: Skilled in analyzing inventory levels and capacity utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Demand Planning Interface: Ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform demand forecasting.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Supply Risk Management: Experience in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Master Data & Compliance: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for supply chain operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Proficient in creating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business improvements.
