Job Summary:

This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in supply chain management and operations. You will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the supply chain operations, including reconciliation, tracking, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the reconciliation of warehouse and logistics invoices.
  • Update and maintain the monthly cost tracker.
  • Compile ageing and shelf-life reports for inventory monitoring.
  • Analyse and assist in preparing action plans for SLOB (Slow Moving & Obsolete) articles.
  • Compile and share the weekly fill rate report.
  • Review and track planning vs. actual performance (orders as per ROP, DOI analysis, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (knowledge of Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc. preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational ability.
  • Interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Education:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or related field.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in supply chain management and be pursuing a relevant degree. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
