  • Our team is seeking a skilled professional to manage order servicing for regional sales teams within defined customer service frameworks.
  • The ideal candidate will validate demand over the horizon and prioritize orders/customers based on available POs, LCs, regulatory clearances, artwork details, SKU codes, IL checks, and manufacturing license requirements.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing order status in our systems and gathering information on scheduling, material receipt, and dispatch schedules.
  • Potential issues affecting defined timelines must be highlighted, and the candidate will take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders for regions.
  • Shipment documentation with CFT teams and planning shipments with logistics teams are also crucial to mitigate risks and delays.
  • Maintaining open communication channels through meetings to gather data and updates on open orders and identify issues to be resolved or approved by sales teams.
  • Cross-functional meetings should be arranged to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Feedback from stakeholders should be gathered and outstanding orders identified for priority customers.
  • Issues requiring immediate escalation to cross-functional teams should be analyzed and detailed analysis provided to senior management.

  • Driving the implementation and rollout cycle for IT and technology automations within SCM jointly with IT is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and reporting (VBA macros, Power BI) is necessary.
  • Good understanding of supply chain principles, preferably in the pharma industry, is desirable.
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions is essential.
  • SAP knowledge is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills, decision-making and prioritization skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and excellent time management skills are required.
