Job Description

At STI Infotech PVT LTD, we are seeking a skilled Sales Director to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure sales success.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (N/E, Solutions, Product, Customer & Vendor Success) to align sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipelines.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • E nsure sales compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger)
  • Certification in sales leadership or management (e.g., CSM, CSO)


About the Role:

This is a high-profile position that requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and experience in driving revenue growth. What We Offer:
