Brand Manager Job Description

The role of a Brand Manager is to lead the strategic direction and marketing execution for our Personal Care portfolio.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement brand vision, positioning, and long-term strategy.
    • Prepare annual brand plans, sales forecasts, and marketing budgets.
    • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing category trends, consumer needs, and competitor strategies.
    • Lead product innovation pipeline from concept to launch.
    • Manage product lifecycle, collaborate with R&D, and ensure product quality, efficacy, and differentiation.
    • Design and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Optimize marketing spend to deliver maximum ROI.
    • Present business performance reviews and recommendations.
    • Cross-functionally collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and external partners.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institute.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in brand management.
  • Consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% marks throughout.
  • Proven track record of driving brand growth through strategic planning, innovation, and execution.
  • Strong exposure to digital marketing and e-commerce platforms desirable.

  • Consumer Understanding: Deep knowledge of consumer insights and ability to translate them into actionable plans.
