Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing market plans, conducting market research, executing marketing strategies, and supporting sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute multi-channel growth strategies (SEO, Paid Ads, Email, Social, Content, Partnerships, etc.)
  • Design and manage full-funnel growth campaigns across acquisition and retention
  • Analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize ROI
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with product, design, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate new tools and platforms to improve marketing performance.
  • Plan and manage content strategy to drive growth through SEO-optimized, high-converting assets across blogs, landing pages, and emails.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Collaboration skills
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
