Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to support and lead key marketing initiatives. You'll be involved in the planning and execution of campaigns, managing both digital and offline channels, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand presence and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Executive, your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social)
- Creating compelling content for websites, email campaigns, and social media posts
- Managing and monitoring social media accounts and reporting on performance
- Assisting in the design of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets
- Tracking campaign results, preparing reports, and offering data-driven insights
- Conducting market research on trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Supporting the development of sales proposals and collateral
- Assisting with lead generation initiatives and customer engagement campaigns
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Performing general marketing support and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
We're looking for someone who brings a mix of creativity, strategy, and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 24 years of experience in a marketing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong creative and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with a passion for improving performance
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player
