Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the financial strategy of our brands into market-leading positions across Asia. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of finance experience, including significant exposure to retail/e-commerce in fashion or softline categories across Asian markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for harnessing Opptra's platform to unlock expansion into new markets, deploying AI-powered forecasting and data analytics to optimize demand planning, inventory investment, and pricing for high-value durable products.

The role requires establishing solid financial foundations to support both new product line launches and scaling of existing lines, ensuring disciplined capital allocation, risk management, and governance throughout growth stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the financial strategy to scale Hardline and Softline brands into market-leading positions across Asia.
  • Harness Opptra's platform to unlock expansion into new markets.
  • Deploy AI-powered forecasting and data analytics to optimize demand planning, inventory investment, and pricing.
  • Establish solid financial foundations to support new product line launches and scaling of existing lines.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of finance experience, including significant exposure to retail/e-commerce in fashion or softline categories across Asian markets.
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel retail and cross-border operations in Asia.
  • Proven ability to drive businesses through inception and scaling stages.
  • Strong strategic finance and business partnership skills.
  • Expertise in financial planning & analysis and margin management.
  • Data-driven and tech-savvy with experience in leveraging modern tools for forecasting and scenario analysis.
