About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Ad Sales Director to drive revenue growth through innovative advertising solutions. With a strong focus on performance marketing and brand partnerships, you will play a key role in establishing Rooter as a leader in the digital advertising space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Cultivate strong relationships with agency and brand stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Pitch and close deals with major brand advertisers to maximize revenue potential
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital ad sales, preferably with an advertising company or ad network
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of online advertising trends, metrics, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to pitch complex ideas to clients
