Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineer/Analyst to join our analytics team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. The successful Data Engineer/Analyst will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data models using tools like dbt (Data Build Tool), collaborating with data engineers to ingest and transform data from various sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and documentation across all datasets, working closely with analysts and business teams to understand data needs, and delivering actionable insights. Additionally, the role will involve implementing and maintaining data testing frameworks to validate pipeline integrity, optimizing SQL queries and data transformations for performance and scalability, maintaining version control and CI/CD pipelines for analytics codebases, and monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines and models in production.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Data analysts with SQL skills who can analyze data & develop reports using Looker, Domo tools.
  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI development.
