  • Escalation management and ensuring cross-cluster consistency are also key responsibilities.
Quality Assurance

This role leads audits and sets benchmarks for safety and service excellence.

  • Actioning on guest feedback and NPS insights is crucial to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
