Clinical Research Operations Manager.Job Summary
As a clinical research operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of clinical trials. This includes collaborating with project managers to set targets for clinical monitoring staff, ensuring compliance with project goals. You will also create and implement study-specific clinical monitoring tools and documents, oversee trial budget, and ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines. Additionally, you will identify and coordinate site management activities, including site selection and monitoring, lead a team of clinical monitoring staff, and provide training and support as needed. You will also maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and represent the company as required.Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain clinical monitoring plans and procedures. Ensure compliance with SOPs, local regulations, and industry guidelines (CFR, ICH, GCP). Maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research or a related field. Proven experience in managing clinical trials and teams. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.Skills
Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and relevant software applications.What We Offer
