Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to oversee the execution of testing projects. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate a team to achieve their goals.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in effort estimation, understanding application under test, allocation of work and responsibility among test engineers, and preparing test strategy documents.
  • This role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
  • A key aspect of this position is reviewing business scenarios and high-level test conditions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating test designs and execution plans, tracking project milestones, and managing the workload of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Effort Estimation: Ensure accurate estimates of time required to complete testing tasks
  2. Application Under Test: Understand the application's functionality and identify areas requiring testing
  3. Test Strategy Document: Prepare comprehensive documents outlining testing approach and plan
  4. Project Coordination: Oversee project activities, ensure timely delivery, and maintain stakeholder communication
  5. Metrics Measurement: Implement metrics to measure project progress and performance
  6. Status Reporting: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on project progress and challenges
