The senior test analyst will have primary responsibility of software quality assurance from Business perspective He She will be working as part of Change Management team and assist in testing of projects related to Global Fund Services It will require working with Global IT Product and Operations senior management to provide a high quality software product to the internal and external clients and meet the agreed and expected service standards Responsibilities Prepare where required Test Cases Test Scripts Test Data Test Coverage analysis for a given testing assignment Execute test cases and log defects Support the Test Manager s Project Manager s by contributing to the Test Plan s for the relevant test phases the Test Readiness Reviews test progress reporting the Test Completion Summary Reports and Test Defect Reports Estimation Milestone planning for the project and provide testing estimates Highlight risk and issues to senior management Work closely with the stakeholders or other groups in preparation and execution of the planned functional testing Assist in the reception and quality assurance of the business requirements solution design and business process documents individual projects Conduct Defect and Client calls with quick responsiveness on high priority action items Understand the scope of testing and review of Requirements document and prepare the test plan based on realistic targets As a member of the Test Work stream participate in peer reviews of Test Approaches Test Plans Test Conditions and Test Scripts as well as contributing to the on-going development of test strategy and policy within the Testing Programme This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed Other job-related duties may be assigned as required Qualification and Experience Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Commerce 5-8 years of experience in testing lifecycle in Investment Banking domain Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Securities and Fund Services domain Adaptability to any test methodologies like Agile Waterfall Iterative etc as required Experience in different types of testing like functional regression black box testing SIT UAT etc Profound understanding of testing lifecycle Extensive knowledge on Middle Office Fund Accounting functions Experience in application like Multifonds will be added advantage Experience in Test management tools - JIRA ALM Proficient in Microsoft Office e g PowerPoint Excel Word Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with cross functional teams Strong interpersonal negotiation analytical problem-solving skills Effective time management skills and ability to adhere to deadlines ISTQB or equivalent testing certifications Job Family Group Operations - CoreJob Family Operations Project ManagementTime Type Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin disability or status as a protected veteran Citigroup Inc and its subsidiaries Citi invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and or apply for a career opportunity review View the poster View the View the View the
