Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Test Strategist to lead our end-to-end testing efforts for core banking implementation projects.

This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, managing testing teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

You will be responsible for defining test plans, executing tests, and analyzing results to identify defects and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Test Strategies: Create detailed test plans that cover all aspects of the project.
  • Lead Testing Teams: Manage and mentor testing teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Analyze Results: Review test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in IT testing, with at least 6-8 years in core banking testing.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
