Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to facilitate efficient work processes for digital analytics activities across HCP portals, marketing automation, and paid media.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, backlog, and ensuring projects are running according to plan. They will also resolve problems that occur over time.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project manager with experience in data transformation, scrum techniques, and artifacts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • +5 years of international work experience.
  • Extensive experience working as a Scrum Master and/or project manager within data transformation.
  • Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts.
  • Hands-on experience working with Adobe Workfront and ADO.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, reporting & insights, and digital journeys.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
  • Extensive experience with scheduling and time management, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Hands-on experience with tracking and monitoring.
  • Great people abilities to motivate team members.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other MarTech platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and strong presentation skills.
