About the Role :

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives

in political consulting, managing AI-driven projects across political research,

survey analytics, digital communications, and campaign intelligence. This role

will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI tools designed for predictive polling,

voter sentiment analysis, and digital campaign optimization — ensuring

delivery aligned with electoral timelines and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Political AI Project Management

● Define and execute project plans for GenAI-driven political research and communication tools.

● Lead AI initiatives in survey automation, trend projection, sentiment analysis, and booth-level voter modeling.

● Integrate AI insights with research data (quantitative & qualitative) and digital outreach strategies.

Digital Communications Integration

● Oversee AI applications in social media monitoring, digital content generation, and audience targeting.

● Ensure insights from GenAI tools inform digital narratives, influencer strategies, and online reputation management.

● Collaborate with the digital team to optimize campaign outreach via predictive content recommendations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

● Coordinate across Data Science, Engineering, Political Intelligence (PI), Quant, and Digital teams for seamless execution.

● Facilitate weekly sprint reviews with department POCs to track milestones and dependencies.

● Ensure GenAI outputs align with both strategic research objectives and digital campaign timelines.

Quality & Risk Management

● Validate AI insights for accuracy, ethical compliance, and electoral sensitivity.

● Ensure data privacy and compliance with election commission regulations.

Innovation & Strategic Impact

● Explore emerging GenAI frameworks (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) for political communication and research applications.

● Automate manual workflows in surveys and digital outreach for improved operational efficiency.

Required Sills & Qualifications

Education

● Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

● MBA (preferred), especially with specialization in Strategy, Analytics, or Communications.

● PMP/Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.

Experience

● 3-5 years in project management; 1–2 years in AI/ML projects preferred .

● Experience managing projects involving electoral research, voter data, and digital communications.

Technical Skills

● Knowledge of LLMs and GenAI workflows for both research and communications.

● Proficiency in PM tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
